Based on recommendations from others, I looked at mitas E12 and got some from Wheelhouse Tyres. However, on arrival they were horrifically stiff side walls, to the point that I was not confident I could mount . dismount them from the rims even in the garage, let alone on the side of a lane! Its always a tough one, as with very stiff sidewalls, you are less likely
Bought Michelin Trackers front and rear, with a view to swap them with the E07+ when went away in van on more difficult lanes (keeping E07+ for commute, local easy lanes, longer rides with more road)
